Specialising in civil engineering, he progressed from Contract Manager to Contract Director for one of the North West's leading civil contractors. Stephen’s extensive experience and work ethics brings an additional positive dimension to our commercial, quality, planning and system development processes.

Jeff O'Toole, Owner and Managing Director, is personally involved in every project, from tender stage to completion and handover.
This hands-on approach ensures that all work meets the expectations of clients, developers, and regulatory bodies, including Local Authorities, United Utilities/Welsh Water, and NHBC standards.
Prioritising Safety Through Training, Compliance, and Expertise
At EuroTool, safety is ingrained in our culture.
Our team is trained to CITB/NPORS standards and holds certifications in Confined Space, First Aid, NRASWA Street Works, and SMSTS. Regular inspections, both in-house and independent, ensure compliance and safety.
We collaborate with an external Health & Safety Advisor to prepare Construction Phase Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments, fostering a proactive safety approach and driving continuous improvement.

Beyond training, we take active measures to protect our team on-site.
We use Reactec’s HAVwear system to monitor and reduce the risks of Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), ensuring our workforce stays safe from long-term harm.
