Alder Park – Lyndhurst Building
The existing three-storey mental health unit was converted into outpatient clinics, offices, and staff facilities.
Works included a new level-access entrance with canopy, alterations to windows and doors, transformation of the courtyard into an outdoor therapy and garden space, reconfiguration of the car park for accessible parking, and reinstatement of vehicular access from Park Road
