June 2025 Foul & Surface All foul and surface drains to the hub are complete. August 2025 LV Trench and Cable Pull Complete The cobra was successfully pulled through the car park's existing duct, and a new rope has been secured at both ends. The low-voltage (LV) trench to the substation has been completed. 6th September 2025 Concrete Beam & Jablite Installation U-bars have been cast into the concrete beams. We will drill and resin the dowel bars through the U-bars and tie the 393 mesh to them. 75mm jablite has been placed over all services and drains. 4th September 2025 Structural Slab Pour Preparation We have arranged a volumetric truck to pour the structural slab. Dowels will be fixed to both building footings/slabs with U-bars set in to tie the mesh and upstand bars on Sunday. 7th September Main Slab Poured We have poured a 300mm thick slab with 393 top and bottom mesh suspended on three mass-fill strip footings. 14th September 2025 Concrete Trimming & Rebar Order The team will be on-site this Tuesday to trim the concrete back to the hub upstand and expose the steel for the link upstand tie-in.
